Help! We Can’t Agree On Our Summer Holiday Plans

Planning for a holiday with children has more than enough admin and stress involved, so if you layer it with a disagreement as to whether you should even go at all, it can be extremely stressful very quickly.

Parents disagree about holidays for many sensible and understandable reasons: sometimes there may be concerns about instability in a particular country, or one parent may feel the amount of time away is too fast a progression, especially if overnights have only recently started.

Or it may be that you need some further legal advice, which you can get very quickly either sharing a lawyer together or apart. But when you meet your lawyer, by informing yourself about the law you’ll be able to focus your time and theirs much more effectively, so you can reach a solution if possible, or access an emergency court hearing if that’s what your situation demands.
