We created these ‘don’t know where to start’ courses because often when divorcing couples call us for the first time, that’s exactly what they say: we just don’t know where to start.

The aim of these courses is to give you an introduction to the law which applies to divorce, the division of finances and child arrangements, some case law and research so you understand the pitfalls and how to avoid them, together with handy checklists so you can put what you have learned into practice.
