How does the rising cost of living affect divorce?

Cases can be harder to settle, meaning its even more vital to access good quality, affordable, legal advice at an early stage.

It’s been impossible to escape headlines about the cost of living in recent times, and it’s certainly something to think about when it comes to finances on divorce. And you can read all about how the court’s deal with needs in our online course, What Are “Needs” And Why Are They Relevant?
