We created these ‘don’t know where to start’ courses because often when divorcing couples call us for the first time, that’s exactly what they say: we just don’t know where to start.
Well, when it comes to the legal aspects of coparenting and reaching agreements about your children, we can help with that.
The aim of this course is to give you an introduction to the law which applies to child arrangements, where to start when it comes to forming a positive co-parenting relationship, what a parenting plan is and why you might need one, as well as some case law and research so you understand the pitfalls and how to avoid them. We then summarise it all with a checklist so you can put what you have learned into practice.
Our aim is that this course will give you the best start when it comes to making plans for your children on divorce, and reaching agreements which work for you all as a family.
This course remains live for 90 days from purchase, but we’ve included course materials with the full text of the course and links to all the case law, research and statutes, which you can download and keep after the course itself has expired.
